Ginette never called me after our phone conversation, neither after I emailed her reminding about myself cause she promised me to send the application forms and set up a zoom call to tell me about the mortgage process and my options in the future.What’s the point of promising something and not fulfilling it? If you, as a mortgage broker are not interested in me, why me as a client should be wasting my time waiting for something and be interested in you as my mortgage broker? I’m finding it very disappointing to be honest.

Am so grateful to Ginette for being straightforward, upfront, and honest while remaining polite and professional. There are many mortgage brokers who are shady, corrupt individuals who are actively trying to exploit desperate, working-class homeowners in the current market of grossly inflated interest rates. I nearly got very badly burned by a different Hamilton mortgage broker recently. However, am so grateful to assure people that The Personal Mortgage Group is not looking to exploit anyone, and they will be candidly honest with you; even if it means that they don't have a viable solution to offer for your circumstances... it is better to know the truth than be deceived.

My brother and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Steve. He helped us through our first home buying experience and ensured that we felt both educated and empowered with the decision that we were making. I cannot understate how much he provided and likewise, that our needs were met.
